MICHAEL WOLLIN
Michael is an Enterprise Agile Coach (CEC) with decades of experience in the IT industry. He works with business clients to accelerate human and organizational potential. Leveraging his deep technical, human, and organizational skills and his business acumen, he helps companies respond faster and more effectively to change in the marketplace. He offers experiential training workshops and on-site embedded coaching to clients seeking new ways to organize themselves so they can adapt quickly and painlessly to change and unanticipated constraints.
Michael has led in the agile space for over 20 years. During his seven years as a Senior Development Manager at CNN, Michael spearheaded the adoption of Scrum and Kanban across CNN’s Broadcast Production Systems. He was instrumental in launching the world’s largest digital HD newsgathering and video production workflow system, a $55 million system build over 18 months with virtually no overtime (a first for Turner Broadcasting). Michael founded the Turner Agile User Group and worked to expand agile throughout Turner Broadcasting worldwide.
As a software development company owner for a decade, Michael built an organization by simply hiring the right people, and empowering them to realize their own greatness.
As an agile trainer and coach, Michael has proven expertise in helping teams around the world improve their performance and morale. He has taken the most skeptical teams and intransigent leaders and led them on a journey of discovery as they embraced new perspectives, as they became empowered in and aligning personal, professional, and business goals to achieve unprecedented performance.
Michael is a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Agile Leader (CAL1), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum@Scale (S@S), Open Space Agility (OSA1), Scrum, The Toyota Way, and a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5). He has a BS in Psychology from Georgia State, and an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech.

SCOTT FORGEY
Scott is an Enterprise Agile Coach with experience in both large scale agile transformations (PayPal, eBay) and startups such as Henry, Orchid, CTS Software, etc. Scott started writing software in the high school in the late 70’s but somehow ended up in law school. As a trial lawyer leading a civil rights practice, he tried over 200 jury and bench trials, mastering the art of persuasive speaking. He created a breakthrough practice, operating as a team in putting client experience first, generating a 70% market share in one area of practice.
As a Leadership Coach and Trainer, Scott designed and led transformational programs for over 100,000 people all over the world. For 20 years, he trained and coached thousands of program leaders in the art of persuasive presentations and Socratic and interactive dialogues, and was responsible for their training, development, results and effectiveness world-wide. He currently coaches top Executive and Agile Coaches, executives and managers from all fields, including award-winning architects and designers, Oscar- and Tony-winning actors, opera singers, Grammy-winning musicians and composers, and athletes from the NBA and NFL.
Ever the entrepreneur, he runs an accelerator and is an advisor/investor in a number of startups in the tech world and with creatives.
